What we collect
When you send a supply request we store what you enter: your name, company, job title, business email, phone number, country, and the details of your enquiry. We also record a hashed version of your IP address and your browser string to limit spam — the IP address itself is never stored.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a supply proposal. We do not use your details for anything else, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
On servers inside the European Union (Frankfurt). An email provider is used to deliver the notification to us and the confirmation to you.
How long we keep it
Supply requests are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The analytics we use are cookieless and do not identify you.
